Jessica L. Tully

Jessica Tully was born and raised in Wexford, Pennsylvania and graduated from North Allegheny Senior High School. She attended Penn State University and Dickinson School of Law. She is happy to have returned home to practice law in Western Pennsylvania.

As an attorney, Ms. Jessica Tully focuses on Criminal Defense, Civil Rights and Plaintiff’s Civil Litigation. During law school, Jessica worked as an intern for Court of Common Pleas Judge W. Terrence O’Brien, the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, the Clearfield County District Attorney’s Office, the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, and Penn State Student Legal Services.

Ms. Tully is a certified mediator. She used her mediation training as a facilitator for the Center for Alternatives in Community Justice. She also worked as a student advocate for the Children’s Advocacy Clinic through Dickinson law school. Jessica graduated from the Dickinson School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree.

While attending Pennsylvania State University, Ms. Tully majored in journalism and political science. As an undergraduate student, Jessica was published by USA TODAY, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, McClatchy Newspapers, the Centre Daily Times, and Lazerpro Digital Media Group.

In her junior year of college, Jessica Tully was selected to travel to Shanghai and Beijing to publish a report on women’s rights in China for McClatchy Newspapers. In her senior year, Jessica was selected as one of eight college students from across the country to qualify for the William Randolph Hearst Journalism Competition, where she placed third in writing.

Ms. Jessica Tully joined The Lindsay Law Firm to practice law and to polish her skills in legal research and legal writing. At The Lindsay Law Firm, Ms. Tully is part of a team of seasoned attorneys handling major claims and disputes in the areas of Criminal Defense, Civil Rights and Plaintiff’s Civil Litigation.
